Do these two things before you pack — they make embarkation day painless.
Carnival Hub App
Your onboard command center — deck plans, daily schedule, dining, account balance, and chat with the group.
- Download it before you leave home while you still have regular internet
- Free to use onboard, no Wi-Fi plan required for most features
- Sign in with your booking number after check-in opens
Online Check-In
Check in at the 14-day mark to pick your arrival appointment and print your boarding pass.
- Have your passport or birth certificate details handy
- Earlier check-in means earlier boarding appointments
- Save your boarding pass to your phone and print a paper backup
Shore Excursions
Excursions are booked through Carnival with your own booking number. Tell Emily which tour you pick so we can try to group everyone onto the same time slot.
Belize
Cave tubing, the Belize Zoo, snorkeling the barrier reef, or a relaxed beach day.
- Tender port — allow extra time getting ashore
- Book reef and cave tours early, they sell out first
Roatán, Honduras
Beach clubs, catamaran sails, dolphin encounters, and world-class snorkeling.
- Mahogany Bay beach day is the easy, low-effort option
- Great for mixed-ability groups
Cozumel, Mexico
Beach breaks, Mayan ruins, dune buggies, shopping, and authentic local food.
- Widest variety of tours of the whole sailing
- Downtown is walkable from the pier
Wi-Fi Packages
Internet at sea is satellite-based, so it's sold as plans rather than included. Buying before you sail is cheaper than buying onboard.
Best for staying social
Social Plan
Access to the most popular social and messaging apps. No streaming, no email.

Social apps plus email and general web browsing. Still no streaming.
Best for working or streaming

Fastest available speeds — video calls, streaming, and large uploads.

Hub App Chat
Carnival's in-app chat lets you message anyone else onboard for a small one-time fee for the whole sailing — no Wi-Fi plan needed.
- Cheapest way to reach the group ship-wide
- Add each other as contacts on day one
- Works even in ports within range of the ship
Our Group Chat
We'll also run a group text/messaging thread for meetups, dinner times, and theme nights.
- Needs a Wi-Fi plan to work at sea
- Put your phone in airplane mode with Wi-Fi on to avoid roaming charges
- Emily will send the group chat invite closer to sailing
